01Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and cahayatoto ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). These Terms apply to all services offered through the cahayatoto website, including online casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets and any associated promotional content.

By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit or participating in any activity on cahayatoto, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

To open and maintain a cahayatoto account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You acknowledge that online gambling may be regulated or restricted in Malaysia, and that you bear sole responsibility for ensuring your use of cahayatoto complies with any applicable local legal requirements.

04Registration & Account Management

Each individual may hold only one registered account on cahayatoto. Multiple accounts, whether held under the same name, same payment method, same device or same IP address, are strictly prohibited. cahayatoto may close all duplicate accounts and confiscate any associated balances without notice.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address and contact number. Any deliberate falsification of registration information is grounds for immediate account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. cahayatoto will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where the breach arises from your failure to protect your username or password. Notify cahayatoto immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

05Terms of Use

You agree to use cahayatoto solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. You must not:

• Use automated software, bots, scripts or any third-party tools to interact with the Platform.
• Engage in any fraudulent, collusive or dishonest activity that may affect the integrity of games or markets.
• Attempt to exploit technical errors, glitches or pricing irregularities for financial gain.
• Use cahayatoto to launder funds or conduct any activity in contravention of applicable anti-money-laundering obligations.
• Make offensive, abusive or defamatory communications through any cahayatoto support or communication channel.
• Allow any other person to access or use your account on your behalf.

cahayatoto reserves the right to investigate suspected breaches of these usage conditions and to suspend or permanently close any account found to be in violation, with or without prior notice.

06Deposits & Withdrawals

cahayatoto accepts deposits in MYR through approved payment methods, which may include DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank and Hong Leong, subject to availability and your account verification status.

Minimum deposit amounts, processing times and supported channels are subject to change. Players are encouraged to review the current payment information displayed within their account dashboard before initiating any transaction.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified in the player's name. cahayatoto will not release funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is approved.

All deposits must originate from funds owned by and in the legitimate control of the registered account holder. cahayatoto will not accept deposits made using credit facilities or borrowed funds, though it is the player's responsibility to manage their own financial arrangements.

07Bonuses & Promotions

Bonuses and promotions offered by cahayatoto are subject to specific terms that apply to each individual offer. General conditions applicable to all cahayatoto promotions include:

• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled in full before bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated on each offer page and may range from 1x to 35x depending on the promotion.
• Bonus expiry periods typically range from 7 to 30 calendar days from the date of credit. Expired bonus funds are removed automatically and cannot be reinstated.
• Maximum bet during bonus play is generally capped between MYR 50 and MYR 500 per wager, depending on the applicable offer. Exceeding this limit may void the bonus and any winnings accrued while the restriction was in effect.
• Game contribution rates vary by game type. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games, live dealer games and certain specialty games may contribute between 10% and 20% towards turnover requirements.
• Maximum cash-out from bonus winnings may be subject to a stated cap. Winnings above the cap may be removed at the time of withdrawal.
• cahayatoto reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Bonus funds may not be transferred between accounts. Coordinated or systematic bonus claiming by groups of players or via multiple accounts is considered bonus abuse and will be treated as a material breach of these Terms.

08Games & Sports Betting

All casino games available on cahayatoto use certified random-number generation or live dealer mechanics provided by licensed third-party suppliers. cahayatoto does not guarantee any return, winning sequence or result across any game or session.

Sports betting markets, including EPL, La Liga, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC and esports, are subject to standard pre-match and in-play rules. Bets placed on events affected by technical disruption, postponement or cancellation are handled according to the specific rules published for that market at the time of placement.

cahayatoto reserves the right to void, limit or refuse any wager where there is reasonable cause to believe the bet has been placed in error, on corrupted odds or in conjunction with restricted or banned practices including match-fixing, arbitrage schemes or insider information.

09Responsible Gambling

cahayatoto is committed to providing a responsible entertainment environment. All users are encouraged to treat gambling as a leisure activity and to set personal limits before playing.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the cahayatoto website, including design elements, text, graphics, logos, game assets, promotional material and software interfaces, is either owned by cahayatoto or licensed to cahayatoto by the relevant rights holder. No part of this content may be reproduced, distributed or commercially exploited without prior written consent from cahayatoto.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to any automated data collection, reverse engineering, framing, scraping or systematic extraction of Platform content.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cahayatoto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive losses arising from:

• Inability to access the Platform due to technical outages, maintenance or third-party service disruptions.
• Gambling losses resulting from individual decisions made by the user during play.
• Errors in information provided by the user during registration or the KYC process.
• Losses attributable to unauthorised access to a user's account where reasonable security measures were not maintained by the user.
• Changes to payment channel availability or processing times beyond cahayatoto's control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct on the part of cahayatoto.

12Amendments

cahayatoto reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, notice will be provided through a visible update to the effective date shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Users who do not accept an amendment are encouraged to stop using cahayatoto and to contact support to close their account and arrange any eligible withdrawals in accordance with the then-current Terms.

13Termination

You may close your cahayatoto account at any time by contacting customer support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure that is not subject to active wagering requirements or investigation will be returned to a verified payment method.

cahayatoto may suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice if:

• You breach any material provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity is suspected or confirmed in connection with your account.
• You provide false or misleading information at any stage of the registration or KYC process.
• Continued operation of your account poses a regulatory, legal or financial risk to cahayatoto.

14Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable law of the jurisdiction under which cahayatoto holds its operating authorisation. Users located in Malaysia are responsible for assessing their own legal position in respect of online gambling activities and accept sole responsibility for any consequences arising from that use.

Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be referred to binding arbitration or the relevant competent authority as determined by the applicable governing framework.
